Delete my account

Run My Friend lets you permanently delete your account and associated data directly in the app.

Delete from the app

This action is final. It deletes the cloud account, profile data, social relationships, challenge participation and progress, then clears the local session and caches.

  1. Sign in to Run My Friend.
  2. Open Profile, then Account.
  3. Tap Delete my account.
  4. Type the confirmation phrase shown.
  5. Confirm permanent deletion.

If you can no longer sign in

Start with Forgot password on the sign-in screen. If the account remains inaccessible, see the Support page. Identity verification may be required before manual deletion to protect the account.

After deletion

Deletion cannot be undone. Any legal requirement to retain minimal technical records remains reserved, without commercial reuse.
